Since I was a little girl, I'd daydream of all of the different dogs I'd have throughout my life. From Rin Tin Tin, to Pongo, or Benji. I always wanted to do something with my life that would revolve around these furry creatures. I volunteered for various pit bull rescues for over a decade starting in my twenties, fostered, walked dogs at shelters and the list goes on. That is when I met my first pit bull, Ophelia, who was my soul mate. The last few months of her life were spent as a tripawd (3 legged) and I couldn't belive how resilient she was. She made me believe that I could do anything. A piece of my heart left this earth with her, but I'm hoping to continue her legacy through Dirty and Dainty Paws. Currently, my husband, kids and I have 2 furbabies, Tula , our rescued pit bull. And Fenrir our beautiful Northern Inuit puppy (a direwolf). Dirty and Dainty Paws is a combo of the 3 of them. Fen will be huge, rugged and dirty, and Tula is as Dainty as they come. And the 3 Paws for Ophelia. Thank you for helping my life long daydreams come true. Slobbery kisses, Amber Porter
