Shipping policy

Please allow 1- 3 days to process your order. Most will be processed the same day or next day. 

T-shirts, Sweatshirts, totes- Please allow up to 2 weeks to process. I order the blanks and DTF transfers (designs) as I get the orders, to reduce having too much inventory in my house. Typically the companies I use ship next day, plus their shipping time, plus my processing time and shipping time. All items, will be shipped together. Meaning, dog items will wait until the human items are processed. If you need your dog item asap, please place 2 separate orders. 

 If you want to pick up from Curly Tail Coffee Gift Shop, please select the FREE option at checkout. I will then let you know when It's dropped off via email or text. 

Once processed your items will be shipped via our shipping carriers listed at checkout.  Shipping duration (origin to destination) reflects a similar time frame quoted by all shipping carriers we use.  

Detailed tracking is provided for every order we process. You will receive tracking numbers as soon as your order is processed.

In the event an item becomes unavailable, you will be contacted right away and a refund issued. This is very rare, but can happen if materials sell out before I can update the inventory. 

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country's laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order, the buyer is responsible for abiding by the country's laws, regulations, and restrictions.

If a product is seized and destroyed by customs or returned to the supplier, Dirty and Dainty Paws will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to the supplier. Dirty and Dainty Paws does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance and we will arrange it for you.
